Combining freeform peyote with herringbone (of course, what else) and blending size 15º and 11º seed beads produces the delicious scaly effect, needed to make Gorgeous Giorgio the Fish. Not only that, but the stitch and bead size combination helps you to mould the beading around the stone shape. Giorgio is not only gorgeous, but quite the predator – suspended from a necklace of fishtails, (probably the bits he left behind!) and the evidence of his last meal dangles at the toggle clasp!
