Whilst playing with lengths of Wave Hubble, I found I could create undulating waves. Of course as soon as I made waves I thought of water and then my imagination went off to my childhood, to a time when I used to skim stones in the stream at Danson Park and at the seaside.
This bracelet is made almost entirely using a variety of Hubble stitch techniques. The only part not Hubbled is the tiny bit of the bead traps over the front of the crystals. Here I’ve used an old favourite, my ‘Up&Along’ technique, which is basically a modified brick stitch, that holds crystals very delicately, allowing you to see as much of their sparkly beauty as possible.
